The Quality You Deserve
Our stringent product inspections enable you to get the quality you deserve. Never worry over the possibility of dealing with poor quality products that can leave the wrong impression on your customers.
We monitor quality from raw materials to finishing and conduct various inspections on all
running orders :
- Pre-production audit – Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories, user manuals etc.
- Initial production audit – First finished products are checked against buyer’s specifications and prototype samples. Any deviations are identified and brought out for corrections.
- Inline audit – Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify the initial discrepancies have been rectified. Our on-site inspectors are present at the factories throughout your production.
- Final random inspection (FIR) – Final Random inspection as per your AQL standard is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment.
Products selected for inspection are evaluated on the basis of specifications and instructions given by the customer for design, style, shrinkage, GSM, accessories, appearance, colour, trims, measurements, workmanship, labelling and packaging.
