This inspection is carried out when the production of the total quantity of an order or partial delivery is completed. The inspection is conducted at the factory premises, where 80% to 100% of the production is packed and completed. These inspections are done to verify that the goods being shipped have been manufactured according to the customers’ requirements. The inspection is done based on the AQL sampling system as specified by the customer
All inspections are carried out by our quality experts who have knowledge of the product and inspections techniques. The actual findings during the inspection are recorded through our online reporting application and shared with the customer within 24 working hours.
We also carry out a packing audit during the final inspection to verify shipping marks, barcodes, package printing, barcodes, contents, size and condition of packaging.
