Pre-shipment inspection in India for garments, workwear and footwear, so you know exactly what is in the cartons before the balance payment is released.
A pre-shipment inspection, also called a final random inspection, checks a random sample of finished, packed goods against your specification before the shipment leaves the factory. Integrated Overseas carries out pre-shipment inspection in India and across Bangladesh, Vietnam and Laos.
Our inspectors use ISO 2859-1 (AQL) sampling to check workmanship, measurements, function, labelling, packing and quantity. You receive a digital report with annotated photos and GPS-verified location, so you can release, hold or rework the order with confidence.

Clear answers about final random inspections, AQL and reporting.
Pre-shipment inspection means checking finished goods before they are shipped. An inspector selects a random sample from the packed order and checks quantity, workmanship, measurements, function, labelling and packing against your requirements.
Book it when at least 80% of the order is finished and packed, a few days before the planned shipment date. This leaves time to rework or sort goods if the inspection fails.
Many apparel buyers use General Inspection Level II with AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with zero tolerance for critical defects. We apply the AQL limits you set.
A during production inspection (DUPRO) takes place while goods are being made, so problems can be corrected in time. A pre-shipment inspection checks the finished, packed order before dispatch.
Reports are digital and shared through our quality portal, with live status during the inspection and the final report typically available within hours of completion.
